Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity UI designs
Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across platforms
Mentor junior designers and review their work
Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights into design iterations
