About the Role
We are looking for a creative Web & Graphic Designer who can design, build, and maintain high-quality web pages and marketing assets. The role requires strong hands-on skills in WordPress, visual design, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive web pages, landing pages, and microsites on WordPress
Update and maintain website content, banners, and UI elements
Create digital marketing assets: social media creatives, emailers, infographics, presentations, brochures
Work with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into visually engaging designs
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials
Support video editing, basic motion graphics, or animations (added advantage)
Optimize website performance, user experience, and page layouts
Coordinate with developers or external vendors when required

Required Skills & Tools
Strong experience with WordPress
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals
Ability to manage multiple design requests with quick turnaround times
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut) good to have

Preferred Profile
Previous experience designing for marketing or brand teams
Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Ability to present concepts clearly and take feedback well
