Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT staffing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and corporate recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
