Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components (Windows and macOS knowledge required).
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate closely with the Chennai team for Dialer and Mobile SIM configuration and related tasks.
Work with the Chennai IT team to optimize system performance.
Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
Document system configurations, procedures, and operational processes.
Maintain and update the inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption when beneficial.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in system administration.
Manage Wi-Fi operations (in coordination with the co-working space partner) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
