Data Engineer (Snowflake/DBT) @ Citiustech

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and DBT Design and develop data marts and warehouse models in Snowflake Configure and manage RBAC, admin setup, and Snowflake operations data ingestion and transformation workflows across Azure and AWS environments Optimize SQL queries and develop stored procedures, views, and functions in SQL Server Collaborate with business analysts to translate data requirements into technical solutions Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across the platform Drive Agile delivery using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence Support version control and CI/CD workflows using Git Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture roles Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (Columnar MPP Cloud Data Warehouse) Expertise in ETL concepts and tools like DBT/Airflow Proficiency in Azure Data Factory pipeline design and orchestration Solid understanding of Azure/AWS cloud architecture, including Data Lake and Data Factory Advanced SQL skills including query optimization and procedural logic (T-SQL) Experience designing and implementing data warehouses and data marts Familiarity with Erwin or similar tools for data modeling Agile project experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
