We are looking for IT Help Desk Support forour Bangalore Office who can join us immediately
Contract for 6 Months
Role & responsibilities :
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Handle service requests, incidents, and change tickets via ticketing tools (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
Support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Assist with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration (user management, mailbox configuration, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Provide remote and on-site support as required.
Collaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues.
Maintain knowledge base articles and user documentation.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Train and guide junior help desk staff when required.
