- As a Field Recruiter (Blue Collar Recruiter) at 2Coms Group in Delhi NCR, your role involves planning and executing prospecting efforts for lead generation through various outbound channels such as poster activity, outbound campaigns, job fairs, etc. Your key responsibilities include: - Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring - Building a candidate pool to ensure a minimum of 30 onboardings per month - Supporting the Recruitment and HR team to attract candidates and establish a strong on-ground presence - Local area knowledge and proficiency in the local language - Mass recruitment and blue collar hiring Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Blue collar and bulk hiring - Ownership of an Android phone and a bike - Proficiency in a functional regional language is mandatory, while functional English is preferred - Prior experience in mass recruitment of field executives is advantageous If you are interested in this opportunity, please revert with your updated resume to hidden_email additional benefits include a fixed salary with incentives, PF, ESIC, fixed day shift from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, and alternate Saturdays off with Sundays fixed off.
