Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Business Growth & Sales:

  • Identify and develop new client opportunities in target geographies and verticals.
  • Drive the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting qualification proposal negotiation closure.
  • Build a strong pipeline through market research, networking, events, and partner channels.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client challenges, business goals, and technology landscape to propose relevant IT services.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, cross-sell and upsell services to increase account revenue.

Solutioning & Proposal Management:

  • Work with Director Talent Acquisition and Delivery Teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and solution decks.
  • Ensure solution, pricing, and delivery models align with customer expectations.
  • Present solution offerings, capabilities, and case studies to clients.

Market & Industry Intelligence:

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights with leadership for strategy and service enhancements

Collaboration & Internal Coordination:

  • Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, lead-generation activities, and brand positioning.
  • Work with Delivery, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new projects.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
  • Experience interacting with senior-level stakeholders (CIO, VP IT, CTO).
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing capability.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration in marketing / Information Technology.
  • 10 years in IT services sales, business development, or account management.
