Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, headhunting, and referrals.

Screen and assess candidates against technical and non-technical requirements.

Coordinate interviews with clients across India and the Middle East.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future mandates.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and consistent candidate communication.

Work independently with high ownership, accountability, and performance focus.

Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.

Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work with international clients and timelines.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.

Experience hiring for Dubai or Middle East clients is an added advantage.
