5 - 10 years of experience implementing the workflows and APIs on event management platforms
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms.
Experience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
Selected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone
Provide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required
