Servicenow Developer @ Quinnox

Job Description

Required:

• 5 - 10 years of experience implementing the workflows and APIs on event management platforms
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
• Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
• Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms.
• Experience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
• Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
• Selected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone
• Provide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required
• Customer focus: Commitment to delivering value to customers and ensuring their requirements are met

Preferred:

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
• Knowledge in CMDB, Service mapping and CI relationships
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
• Experience with Service Operations Workspace, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Agent Client Collector (ACC), ITOM Now Assist
• Understand Predictive Intelligence and Predictive AIOps
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Event Management
