Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies).
Maintain and optimize VMware vSphere environments.
Plan and execute patching, OS updates, and server hardening activities.
Conduct Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) and drive remediation.
Use Venafi for certificate lifecycle management and compliance
Use Packer to create automated, consistent VM/server images.
Troubleshoot complex Windows, virtualization, and security issues.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills:

Windows Server Administration
VMware vSphere
Patch Management & Security Hardening
VAPT & Remediation
Venafi (Certificate Management)
Packer (Image Build Automation)
PowerShell (preferred)

Required Skills:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies.
Expertise in patch management, security hardening, and VAPT processes.
Experience with Venafi (certificate management) and Packer (image building).
Good understanding of Windows performance tuning, incident resolution, and RC
PowerShell scripting and automation.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
ITIL certification or experience in IT operations
