About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Tester (SFSC) to join our team in Gurugram. This role involves testing Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, focusing on eCommerce integrations, ensuring high-quality delivery of services to customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing, especially in eCommerce domains.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
