Role & responsibilities

Active Directory, Storage & Infrastructure Support Engineer:

• Manage AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, user access.
• Maintain Windows servers & VMware/HyperV.
• Handle SAN/NAS storage, backups & restores.
• Perform patching, updates & incident resolution.
• Ensure documentation & security compliance.
• 37 yrs exp; strong infra troubleshooting; preferred certifications: MCSA/MCSE, VCP.
• 35 years of experience in AD, storage, and infra support.
• Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, Windows Server, storage systems, and backups.
• Familiarity with virtualization, monitoring tools, and basic networking.
• Certifications like MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or storage vendor certs preferred.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
