Job Description
Role: IBM ODM Developer
Location: Bangalore/Pune/Remote
Experience : 6-12 years
Job Description:
- Analyze requirements and author business rules using IBM ODM Decision Center/Decision Server.
- Develop rule artifacts: decision tables, rule flows, BOM/XOM models, and decision services.
- Write, test, and maintain rule applications with proper versioning.
- Collaborate with the US lead to align technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, regression testing, and production support fixes.
- Prepare documentation, share knowledge, and adhere to best practices.
- Participate in daily standups and sprint ceremonies.
Requirement:
- 6-12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in IBM ODM.
- Hands-on with Decision Center, Decision Validation Services (DVS), BOM/XOM modeling, Rule Execution Server (RES).
- Experience integrating ODM with Java applications, databases, and APIs.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines for ODM deployments.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IBM BPM, Camunda, or other workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) for ODM solutions.
- Exposure to Kafka, MQ, or enterprise messaging systems.
- Prior experience in healthcare/finance/telecom decision management systems.
