Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Administer first aid and emergency treatment to employees.
- Conduct regular medical examinations for workers.
- Implement and supervise preventive health programs.
- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with safety officers to develop health and safety policies.
- Educate employees on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Oversee workplace sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Manage the medical facility within the factory premises.
Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Experience in occupational health is preferred.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a factory setting.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies efficiently.
