Job Title: Backend Operations / MIS Executive

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain reports and MIS.
  
• Handle renewal-related backend operations.
  
• Provide operational support through email, WhatsApp, and other reporting tools as per business requirements.
  
• Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  
• Support management with presentations and data analysis using Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to assist management in decision-making.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Experience: Candidates with Motor Insurance background as well as freshers can apply
  
• Candidates must have distinction in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
