Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of green field projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oversee brownfield projects to ensure successful implementation of new equipment installations and facility upgrades.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that meet regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 8-19 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing processes and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing green field projects from concept to completion.
