We would like you to bring along
10+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of IT/Technology hiring across domains such as Java, Full Stack, Cloud, and DevOps.
Proven ability to manage and mentor recruiters and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
Hands-on experience with talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS, analytics dashboards, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Good-to-have skills
Experience in Technical bulk hiring initiatives.
Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and HR analytics tools.
Experience in process improvement or TA automation projects.
