Inbound Sales Executive UK Telecom Process

Job Description

Cogent Hub is hiring Inbound Sales Executives for a UK Telecom Voice Process at Gurugram (Udyog Vihar Phase 5).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom plans
  
• Convert inquiries into successful sales
  
• Handle objections and close sales confidently
  
• Meet assigned sales targets
  
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
  
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred (Domestic/International)
  
• Good English communication & sales skills
  
• Comfortable with voice process and targets
  

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: Up to 22,000 in-hand + Incentives
  
• Experienced: Up to 38,000 in-hand + incentives (30% hike)
  
• One-side cab facility
