About the Role
We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for a leading Banking Support Process in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience handling international customers, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for international banking customers.

• Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, cards, online banking, and general service requests.

• Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to banking policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant internal teams when required.

• Maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in International Customer Support (banking domain preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Sound understanding of basic banking operations, customer verification, and service protocols.

• Ability to handle international customers with professionalism, patience, and clarity.

• Willingness to work night shifts or rotational shifts.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
