!!Hiring for Back Office - Hindi Voice Process!!

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Job Description:

We are hiring Back Office Executive (Voice Process) to handle customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills in English and Hindi and the ability to deliver quality customer service in a fast - paced BPO environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation Mandatory
Experience: Fresher/ Experience
Languages: Hindi and English
Typing Speed: 30WPM with 85% accuracy
Versant Score: Minimum 4

Salary Package:

Fresher: 23000CTC
Experience: 26000CTC

Shifts & working Details:

6 days Working/1 day Rotational Off
Timing: Between 8:00AM - 9.00PM (Any 9-hour shift)
