Job Description

Sr. Customer Service Representative Insulet Voice Process

Location: Thane
Salary: Up to 38,000 net take-home
Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate joiners preferred)
Work Days: 5 days/week, 2 rotational offs
Shift: 24/7 rotational

Requirements:

HSC/Graduate with min. 6 months international BPO experience
Strong English communication skills
Typing speed: 35 WPM, 90% accuracy
AMCAT/Multichat Writex score: C1 or C2

Interview Rounds: HR AMCAT/Multichat Typing Test Operations
