Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying New Markets, must work towards attracting new customers and generating leads through local activities like organizing canopy activities/leaflet and distribution/cold calling and etc.
- To service, the leads referred by sales front/cross/selling or other channels.
- To deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets.
- Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets.
- Login to disbursement completion, fulfilment, counselling, and handholding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement.
- Ensuring that customer doesnt become a non-starter e.g. helping collections to recover EMIs in case of default.
- Building the relationship in the Market by meeting the Local Builders, Business communities and new channels.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders"
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
