Job Description

Job Role: SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RICEF objects using SAP ABAP HR
Develop and enhance custom infotypes based on business needs
Build and maintain interfaces between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll (ECC/ECP)
Work extensively on PA, OM, PT, and Payroll (PY) modules
Implement user exits, BAdIs, enhancements, and custom logic
Develop Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, including remuneration statements
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and advanced debugging
Create and maintain technical documentation
Support employee data replication and error analysis
Ensure compliance with SAP coding standards and best practices
