Salary: 20,000 in-hand per month
Annual CTC: 2,40,000

Job Summary
We are hiring a CCTV Operator to manage and monitor surveillance systems at OYOs Kolkata office. The role involves ensuring security, spotting irregular activities, and reporting incidents promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage across assigned areas.
- Candidate should have his or her own laptop.
- Detect, track, and report suspicious activities or security incidents.
- Maintain daily monitoring logs and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with security or operations teams for quick action.
- Ensure CCTV cameras and related equipment are functioning correctly.
- Retrieve and share CCTV footage for audits or investigations.
- Follow security protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Only 2020-2025 passout graduates can apply
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or security surveillance is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong observation, attention to detail, and reporting skills.
- Ability to stay alert and focused during shifts.
Work Details
- Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Kolkata
- Working Days: 1 day Rotational Week Off.
- Timings: Rotational.
Employment Model
This role is under the apprenticeship model and the candidate will be directly on OYO's payroll. PF and ESIC are not applicable.
