Job Description
We are looking for a Revenue Management professional to own revenue growth and conversion performance for direct channels (App & Web) across a portfolio of properties.
This role sits at the intersection of direct-channel revenue, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and pricing, with a clear mandate to scale bookings, improve conversion efficiency, and maximize contribution margin from App and Web.
The role works closely with Product, Tech, and Ops teams and acts as the single owner for App & Web revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Channel Revenue Ownership (App & Web)
- Own bookings, revenue, conversion, and contribution margin for App and Web channels
- Drive YoY and MoM growth through traffic quality, conversion, pricing, and mix levers
- Build and manage direct-channel revenue forecasts at portfolio level
2. Marketing Performance (Direct Traffic Focus)
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns driving App & Web traffic
(Search, Meta, App campaigns, CRM, retargeting, etc.) - Track and improve ROAS, CM ROI, CAC, and incremental contribution for direct channels
- Identify inefficiencies, cannibalization (App vs Web), and diminishing returns
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure budget allocation aligns with net revenue impact
3. Conversion & Funnel Optimization (App & Web)
- Own the end-to-end direct funnel: traffic PDP checkout booking
- Diagnose conversion drops using funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and experimentation
- Drive initiatives across pricing, UX, content, offers, rate parity, and payment success
- Quantify conversion improvements in terms of incremental bookings and contribution
4. Pricing & Offer Strategy
- Support pricing, discounting, and mobile-only offers to maximize direct-channel revenue
- Evaluate price elasticity, promotional lift, and parity vs OTAs
- Balance conversion uplift vs margin impact on App & Web
5. Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Own App & Web performance dashboards (revenue, CVR, funnel, ROI)
- Conduct root-cause analysis for revenue variance (mix, CVR, pricing, cancellations)
- Present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytics and reporting systems
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product & Tech on App/Web UX, checkout, and experimentation
- Coordinate with Ops/Supply teams on availability, pricing, and content readiness
- Act as the single-threaded owner for App & Web revenue performance
