About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Head with a strong
background in hotel and property acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving the companys growth by identifying, evaluating, and closing new business
opportunities across key markets. This role demands a deep understanding of the hospitality
landscape, exceptional negotiation skills, and a vision to expand our brand footprint
nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the hotel and property acquisition process from identification to final closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and
investors.
Develop and implement strategic expansion plans aligned with the companys
growth objectives.

Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in the hotel industry, specializing in business
development, property acquisition, or expansion.
Proven track record in closing high-value deals and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
