Principal Software Engineer - Java @ Rapid Care

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer with expertise in Java to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale software applications using Java.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications using Java.


• Lead the development team in planning, organizing, and executing projects.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.


• Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.


• Experience with Spring Boot framework is required.


• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.
