Role: Data Analyst / Data Modeler
A great opportunity to be part of a cross-functional team, where you will gain exposure to financial domain data analysis and modelling. The new hire will work on translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating high-quality data models, and ensuring adherence to data governance standards.
Top Skills:
- Strong experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling (5-12 years).
- Expertise in financial domain and data analysis, including:
- Requirement gathering and elicitation.
- Gap analysis and effort estimation.
- Translating high-level functional/business requirements into technical solutions.
- Database design and data mapping.
- Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
- Ability to create and deliver high-quality data models aligned with governance and standards.
- Maintain accurate and consistent metadata and data artifacts .
- Good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies .
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work as an individual contributor with ownership of data modeling and analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to bridge gaps and ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform data analysis, modeling, and governance activities .
- Create and maintain data-related artifacts that are reliable, traceable, and valid.
- Support fast-paced and continuously changing environments with adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
Other Skills & Tools:
- SQL , MS Office tools.
- GCP BigQuery , Erwin, Visual Paradigm .
Job Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
