Incedo is seeking an Associate Director UX Design to lead and scale user experience design initiatives across enterprise and digital transformation programs. The role involves UX strategy, team leadership, hands-on design execution, and close collaboration with product, engineering, and data science teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery to delivery
- Define UX strategy, experience frameworks, and design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science
- Conduct and facilitate ideation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Advocate user-centric, data-driven design decisions
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of UX designers
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interaction models
- Review and improve UX through heuristics and usability best practices
- Present design solutions to senior leadership and clients
- Promote UX standards, processes, and methodologies
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1215 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, and Research
- 5+ years managing or mentoring UX teams (6+ members)
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and AI-based design tools
- Experience with B2B / B2C / B2B2C / eCommerce / Data Visualization products
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
