Job Summary

Join our team as a PE-Ins Claims specialist where you will utilize your expertise in MS Excel and Indexing to support our claims processing operations. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to work from our office during night shifts providing critical support to our insurance claims department. Your contributions will enhance our efficiency and accuracy in claims management ultimately benefiting our clients and the community.


Responsibilities

  • Process insurance claims efficiently using MS Excel to ensure accurate data management and reporting.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English ensuring clarity and understanding.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new indexing strategies to optimize operations.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support the team in resolving any issues related to claims processing ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company procedures.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges in claims processing contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in claims management.

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in indexing ensuring accurate and organized data management.
  • Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken for effective communication.
  • Show a keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all aspects of claims processing.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving enhancing operational efficiency.
