Job Description:
Must-Have:
MSD 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform, Customer Service and field Service
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role (D365 CRM Developer)
1.Ability of designing and developing D365 components and third-party integration. Strong knowledge in customizations and configurations of D365 CE
2.Strong knowledge in JavaScript, C#.NET. Experience with Dynamics 365 scripting, plugins, workflows, actions and other components needed to meet the business requirements.
3.Developing and consuming Web APIs to integrate with external systems
4.Good exposure in troubleshooting MS Dynamics Issues.
5.Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility. Should be able to work independently on assigned user stories.
6.Ability of designing and developing D365 components and third-party integration. Strong knowledge in customizations and configurations of D365 CE
Proficiency in JavaScript and business process flow configuration Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Web API and client-side development Understanding of CRM business processes and data modeling Familiarity with Azure services and cloud deployment
Role Scope:
- Build and configure business process flows (BPFs) to guide user workflows and enforce business processes
- Create custom JavaScript customizations for forms, views, and user interface enhancements
- Build automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows) to streamline business processes
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements
- Build custom entities, workflows, business rules, and forms within the Power Platform ecosystem
- Configure security roles, field-level security, and data access permissions
- Develop Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications that integrate with Dynamics 365 data
- Create custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and native Dynamics reporting tools
- Perform data migration, system upgrades, and environment management across development, testing, and production instances
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and maintain code documentation
- Follow best practices for solution deployment, version control, and testing procedures
Integration Responsibilities:
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
