Job Description
Position based at a Mumbai for a Commercial and a Highrise Residential Project
Role - Finishing Incharge
Reporting to - Project Incharge
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Finishing Activities at site.
- Should have exposure to high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works and MEP Works.
- Coordination with consultants, client and site engineers.
- Coordination with site representatives of services team and finishing agencies.
- Progress tracking of various works and quality checking of works done.
- Must be capable of leading team of Engineers, foremen, charge hands and worker and handle assigned tasks independently.
- To ensure compliance with safety manual and safety action plan specific to the project.
- To ensure compliance with quality specification and ISO Procedures.
Preferred candidate profile :
1. B.E. /B.Tech (Civil) with 6 to 12 years of experience.
2. Should have worked on Hospitals/IT Parks & Interior fit out projects.
3. Expertise in all types of Finishing works for various type of buildings.
4. Good Knowledge of dealing with MEP coordination works that are interfacing with Civil works and identifying the challenges / dependencies for smooth completion of Civil finishing works in timely manner.
