Update customer records and call details in the system

Achieve performance targets related to call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Job Requirements:

Experience: 0-3 years in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
