Job Description

    Role Overview

    We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and goal-oriented Freshers who are keen to build their career in the real estate industry.
    This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You will receive complete training to understand projects, handle clients, and drive sales activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate projects.

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients.

    • Understand client needs and share property details accordingly.

    • Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested clients.

    • Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful closures.

    • Provide correct project information regarding pricing, layout, and amenities.

    • Keep updated with basic market information and project inventory.

    • Support the sales team with documentation, CRM updates, and daily reporting.

    Requirements

    • Fresh graduates (any stream) are welcome.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Enthusiastic, confident, and eager to learn sales processes.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

    • Good presentation skills and a customer-centric mindset.

    • Basic understanding of the real estate market is an advantage but not mandatory.
