Job Description
We are hiring International Travel Inbound Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and queries related to international travel packages. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a long-term career in travel sales and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international inbound calls, chats, and enquiries
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable international tour packages
Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets
Provide accurate information about destinations, pricing, and itineraries
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a great customer experience
Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and service delivery
Eligibility & Skills Required
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong sales orientation and customer-handling skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the travel sales industry
Basic knowledge or interest in international travel destinations is a plus
Target-driven and positive attitude
