 Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Job Role.

  1. Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their Queries/Request/Complains.
  2. Raise Request & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
  3. Generate leads and educate customers about new products & their benefits.
  4. Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  5. Capture problem indicators, highlight and suggest improvement.
  6. Adherence to the monthly Score card parameters including Quality, Efficiency and Accuracy.
  7. Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes and systems used.
  8. Ensure sales target are met.

Skills Required.

  1. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  2. Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
  3. Strong customer service focus.
  4. Knowledge of Banking / Credit cards preferred.

Working hour : Open to work in shifts male 24*7 / rotational offs (For Female shift window will be 6:30 am to 8:30 pm)

Languages Required : Excellent English + Hindi (compulsory.Academics needs to be first class in 10th,12th and Graduation).

Candidates need to be residing (Churchgate to Virar) (CST to Ghatkopar).

Candidates need to be proficient in language capabilities and need to clear the written aptitude exam scoring 40 out of 50.

Education : Graduates (Any stream).

Salary bracket: Freshers INR 3.00 Lacs + Performance Bonus.

Interviews to be conducted on Monday - Friday every week from 10 AM - 4 PM.
