Role & responsibilities

The Senior Floor Coordinator at Manipal Hospital plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of assigned hospital floors. This position acts as the primary bridge between clinical services (Nursing/Doctors) and administrative services (Billing/Housekeeping/Maintenance). The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of managing patient flow, resolving real-time grievances, and maintaining the highest standards of ward-level facility management to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Preferred candidate profile - with +7 years experience in healthcare with excellent communication skills
