Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Customer service: Assisting customers in person and over the phone, helping them find products, and referring them to the pharmacist for medical advice.
• Prescription processing: Preparing and typing prescription labels accurately, and assisting the pharmacist with dispensing medications.
• Inventory management: Receiving and unpacking stock, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels for medications and supplies.
• Administrative tasks: Processing sales transactions, handling paperwork, maintaining patient files, and answering calls and emails.
• Pharmacy upkeep: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
