Job Description (Technical Support Voice/Chat Process):

• Handle customer queries through Voice / live chat with high accuracy and clarity
  
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products/services
  
• Guide customers with step-by-step resolutions
  
• Document interactions and update internal systems
  
• Ensure quick response time and maintain chat quality standards
  
• Provide excellent customer experience with a problem-solving approach
  
• Work closely with internal teams for escalations and issue resolutions
  

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Typing speed: 35 WPM, 90% accuracy
  
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats
  
• Good analytical & logical thinking
  
• Customer-focused attitude

• SHIFT:- ROTATIONAL INCLUDING NIGHT
