Work Better is urgently looking to hire a Training Manager for their soft skill training vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Working with multiple stakeholders,clients and vendors to coordinate, execute and oversee all training operations.
  • Liaising between Trainers and internal team to ensure the smooth functioning of scheduled training projects & deliverable's.
  • Assigning correct trainer for the requirement on the basis of their experience and expertise.
  • Ensuring the whole execution is going flawless and keeping a close eye on each project being serviced.
  • Empanelling new trainers on the basis of their expertise and passion of being a freelance trainer.
Skills:
  • I mpeccable command over written and spoken English. 
  • Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal/external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors. 
  • Attention to detail, research and analysis oriented.
  • Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display industry based expertise.
