Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand IT requirements for contract and C2H roles.
Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Handle offer rollout, rate negotiation, and onboarding support.
Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in IT recruitment with C2H exposure.
Understanding of contract staffing models and billing concepts.
Strong communication skills.
