Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling Customer Queries via Calls
Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products.
Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.
Handle the queries and complaints of customers.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints within defined TAT.
Role Requirements:
Full-time graduation in any stream is mandatory
Should have experience of 6 months or above in Customer Service
Should have excellent communication, writing, typing & presentation skills.
