The Employer
Our client is an online real estate property platform that is driven by AI. They aim to make real estate transactions as convenient as possible and best of all, commission free. They managed to raise more than $100M in investments and have grown rapidly in the last year.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Handling the frontend architecture which is efficient with abstracted, reusable front-end pieces and systems.
Developing compelling features for seamless user flow.
Building responsive web UI which will work flawlessly on web & mobile.
Working closely with UX designer to implement compelling front-end solution while keeping performance and cross-browser limitations in mind.
Understanding user feedback to incorporate changes in the website/mobile design.
Performance debugging & benchmarking of the web using modern web auditing tool andunit test cases via open source frameworks.
The Profile
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.
You possess expertise in javascript concepts and knowledge of React, Redux, Node, and other popular JSframeworks.
You have thorough understanding of modern browser features such as service workers, web workers, HTTP 2.0 and HTML 5.
You have hands-on experience in building reusable JS & HTML components.
You have mobile web expertise around PWA, TWA, AMP and leverage caching for optimising the performance of the website.
Any prior experience in Startups will be an added advantage
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
