Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Power Automate Developer with strong hands-on experience in both Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
The role involves working on Change Requests (CRs), workflow enhancements, new automations, and providing support for existing automations.
Experience with UiPath or other RPA tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.
- Work on Change Requests (CRs), including modifications, enhancements, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and support existing flows, attend production issues, and handle support tickets.
- Automate business processes across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other connectors.
- Build attended/unattended desktop automations using Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
- Integrate automations with third-party systems using REST APIs, HTTP connectors, JSON, etc.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and support notes.
- If experienced in UiPath, assist in RPA workflow development and support.
Required Technical Skills (Must Have)
Power Automate Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience building cloud flows (automated, instant, scheduled).
- Integration with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL, Azure AD, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Experience using premium connectors and API-based integrations.
- Error handling, retry logic, exception patterns, and flow optimization.
Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Experience creating desktop automation workflows using PAD.
- Automating web, desktop, and legacy applications.
- Handling selectors, UI automation elements, screen scraping, and attended/unattended bots.
- File automation, Excel automation, system tasks, loops, conditional logic.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of UiPath
- Understanding of bot lifecycle, Orchestrator, triggers, queues
- Experience with other RPA tools
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be located in Bengaluru
- Mandatory Work From Office (WFO) 5 days/week
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on both development & support activities
- Good communication skills
