RPA Support Engineer - Pune @ Acronotics

Job Description

We are hiring an RPA Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Anywhere, and day-to-day support operations in production environments.

The candidate must have worked in Support roles (L1/L2/L3) involving monitoring, issue resolution, job failures, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• RPA bot monitoring & support (UiPath )
  
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator / Control Room operations
  
• Handle incidents, failures, and SLA-based support tickets
  
• Troubleshoot bot failures and re-run jobs
  
• Perform deployment validation and schedules
  
• Manage change requests and access requests
  
• Create & maintain support documentation
  
• Coordinate with business users & RPA dev teams
  
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  

Mandatory Skills
