- Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality software solutions across assigned technologies (.NET / Java Full Stack / Python / SAP ABAP / Salesforce LWC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices, performance, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Develop and enhance applications, integrations, custom modules, and system components based on project needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Maintain proper documentation including technical design, specifications, and process flows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of development workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required.
- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies and support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: .NET Full Stack, Java Full Stack, Python Development, SAP ABAP, Salesforce LWC.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or enterprise ecosystems such as SAP/Salesforce.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions within deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and version control systems.
- Preference for candidates from product-based or mid-sized organizations (not large MNCs).
