Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (postgraduate or MBA a plus).
1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business operations (Cross industry experience or internships a plus).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to other analytics tools a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to work with global teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team-based environment.
