Role & responsibilities
- Act as an Application Lead and primary point of contact for design, build, and configuration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for .NET Full Stack development.
- Manage and guide the team, ensuring high-quality technical decisions and execution.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical architectural and technical decisions.
- Provide effective solutions to technical problems within the team and across teams.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and career growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Drive best practices in software development, coding standards, and project delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and modern web technologies.
- Experience with database management, data modeling, and SQL-related concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud services and application deployment strategies.
- Hands-on ability to implement software development best practices and project management standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide scalable technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring or leading small development teams is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
