Account Manager IT Recruitment (C2H Hiring)

Permanent Work From Home | Immediate Joiner | Orcapod

We are hiring an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in IT Recruitment for C2H (Contract-to-Hire) positions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Accenture client delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IT skills sourcing and end-to-end recruitment for C2H roles.
• Proven ability to handle domestic clients and manage delivery independently.

Role Details:

• Salary: 25,000 30,000 (plus incentives & mobile reimbursement)
• Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
• Office Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Interview Process:

• Ongoing daily interviews Immediate joiners preferred.
